Our Residential Communities business has a land bank of more than 66,000 future lots with an end value of $17 billion. Our Apartments portfolio of 13 projects has an end value of over $3 billion. In retirement living our portfolio of 3,445 existing units has potential for substantial growth with a development pipeline of over 3,600 units.
Stockland is one of the largest retail property owners, developers and managers in Australia with a $4.0 billion portfolio.

Our 38 retail centres, located across Australia, accommodate more than 2600 tenants and generate over $4.7 billion in retail sales per annum.

We work closely with the communities in which we operate to ensure our centres meet the needs of our retailers, customers and other stakeholders.
Stockland offers a range of investment options including unlisted property funds, shares and direct property investment.

We have unlisted property funds with more than $900 million assets under management in Australia and $2.5 billion of assets under management in the UK/Continental Europe.
The Stockland office portfolio comprises 39 properties valued at $3.3 billion. We have more than 400 tenants including government departments and a cross section of blue chip public and private companies.

The industrial portfolio of 29 properties is valued at $1.4 billion and incorporates more than one million square metres of building area. We work hard to meet the specific storage and access needs of our 80 tenants who include large scale manufacturing, warehousing and logistics companies.
